Compass is constantly expanding its network, accepting applications for service providers across the United States, Bahamas, and Canadian waters. Enrollment is simple; by choosing to participate in one of our Provider Categories, Compass routes service calls in your area based on the information you have selected within your application.
Marina and Service Centers
As one of our preferred marinas, your amenities will be listed in our national database. Your business is registered as a trusted destination for its designated services, and you’ll be used as a resource for boaters in need of slip reservations, service requests, storage options, labor and/or maintenance and fuel in the residing area.
Emergency On-Water Assistance
Respond to Compass’ requests for assisting everyday breakdowns including: towing, lockouts, jumpstarts, fuel deliveries, and soft groundings. Enrollment within this program is secondary to any presiding relationship your business may have with other third party networks. Responding to calls at your leisure, boaters are responsible for paying for your services directly. Compass simply acts as a secondary resource for service leads.
Priority On-Water Assistance
Service providers that elect to participate in our Priority On-water Assistance program serve as Compass’ Primary Vendor Network. First to be contacted within your designated service area, Primary vendors assist in everyday breakdowns, salvage requests, and dock to dock tows treating all Compass referred calls with priority. Payment for services is provided directly by Compass; fair market rates apply.
